Mid Century Modern, Danish double side desk. This beauty comes to you from 1954 and it was designed by the famous and talented G. Tibergaard Nielsen. This is the first model produced of this line, which has the wood handles that later changed to hardware. It has its original mahogany / walnut finish and still keeps its wonderful original condition. It is very interesting looking but not busy. The elevated body sitting on just 4 sexy tapered legs makes all the difference in the world! The curved side has 2 tambour doors and inside it has 4 small drawers. The straight side has 3 drawers and the back has a bookshelf so it can be exhibited in the middle of the room. It is well identified on the bottom and on the back of the first drawer.
