This design is attributed to Modeline danish lamp; this great lamp is tall compared to other table lamps. It measures 39 1/2″ from base to top of shade, the distance across from wood to wood is 12″. It has great balance between the warmth of the dark walnut wood and the light color of the reed like material that covers the shade. It is accented by the design and by brass plated pole and round base. One of the most unique things about this lamp is that the off and on switch is a piece of wood attached with a small chain that runs up and down the brass plated pole. It works great and it has normal wear and tear as it is normal for pieces from this era. Don’t miss it, it is the perfect addition to any collection!
