Posing proudly with a new purpose this is a walnut Mid Century Modern floating desk probably made by Hooker Mainline or by Lane. The companies from the 1960’s featured an American made take on Danish design. The desk is made from a mixture of solid walnut and walnut veneer laminate top. There is plenty of storage by way of 1 drawer and 2 spaces underneath the top. There are a few minor nicks and scratches that are revealed through the photos. Other than that there is nothing else worth noting. This beautiful and functional piece can be used as a writing desk or a console table. It has the perfect combination of curves and straight lines. Change the tone in your place and make it yours today.
Measurements:
This gem measures 48” long by 19” wide by 28 1/2″ tall. Still stylish today this vintage desk still has cool appeal.
