Nightstands / end tables by Harmony Hourse |

Description

SOLD, this item is no longer available. We do not disclose prices on sold items.

This beautiful pair of nightstands are part of the Harmony House from Sears. They are made of wood with laminate tops. Most of the finish in both tables has its shine. The fronts feature an open space for easy access to your necessities or to display your collectibles, a drawer for storage and a very sexy ribbon like detail at the bottom. Add to that the fact that they still keep all of their brass cap feet and you will have an amazing addition for your collection. Both stands have been well enjoyed and well taken care of. One of them shows more wear on one side and the front than the other one. Normal wear is visible on the legs of both tables. They can be used as nightstands or end tables.

Measurements of the Nightstands:

This beauties measure 14 1/2″ D x 18″ W x 26″ H.

History of Harmony House by Sears

Harmony House: 1940-1968
In 1940, Sears introduced the Harmony House brand as an interior-decorating scheme that used four basic colors that could be coordinated with each other… The Harmony House style and color system was not merely limited to carpets and paints, either; the entire house could be furnished according to the colors. Almost any household item could be bought to fit the Harmony House schemes, including: covered upholstery fabrics, draperies, slipcovers, desks, bookcases, bedroom furniture, sheets, towels, table lamps, wall paints, clothes hampers, canister sets, boudoir lamps, shower curtains, garment bags, chenille spreads, dinnerware, wallpaper, lounge chairs, dinette sets, living room sets, mirrors, carpeting, tile, and appliances.
